When Rumination Becomes Depression
It’s so easy to fall into the trap… when things go balls up, we start to ruminate and before you can say “show me the light!” the rumination has led you into spiralling abyss that is depression.

Ruminating can cause symptoms of stress too, leading emotions and thoughts to spiral into negativity.
